In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Stir to combine and set aside.
Using a hand mixer or stand mixer combine melted ghee, granulated sugar and brown sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla, mix till well combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix on low till combined and dough forms.
Place the dough in the refrigerator, to rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Add powdered sugar to a bowl, and make sure it is clump free.
Prepare 2 baking trays with parchment and using a tablespoon scoop, roll dough balls out and place them in the powdered sugar to coat then place them on the parchment lined baking sheet about one inch apart.
Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes. When ready, pull them out of the oven but let stand a few minutes in the baking tray.
After about 5 minutes, place the cookies on a cooling rack to cool all the way.
