Equipment

  • Ice pop mould
  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit of choice (we used strawberries)
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit of choice (we used mango & dragon fruit)
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Honey optional

Instructions

  • For the first layer, add fresh fruit and frozen fruit with honey (optional) to a blender and blend till smooth.
  • Spoon this puree into the ice pop moulds making the first layer.
  • Add yogurt to the fruit puree left in the bowl to lighten the colour. them spoon in the next layer.
If you want to add more layers, keep adding more yogurt to the puree till you get the gradient you would like.
  • Freeze for at least six hours.
  • Run the mould under hot water for a couple of seconds to release the pops before calling your kids, their impatience will likely annoy you otherwise. (speaking from experience.)
  • Enjoy!
