15 Minute Easy Air-Fryer Salmon

Ingredients
3-4
lb
salmon fillet
deboned.
1
cup
panko breadcrumbs
1
cup
flat leaf parsley
chopped
4
tbsp
ghee or olive oil
1
tbsp
roasted garlic flakes
(I use Clubhouse Brand) but regular works as well
1/2
of a
lemon
juice, without the seeds
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the air-fryer at 400
°
C
Mix all all the ingredients other than the salmon in a bowl.
This is your topping. It should be coated nicely in the spices, fat and lemon juice
Cut your fillet into individual servings, if you like skin, leave it on.
Spoon a couple of table spoons of the topping onto the tops of the fillet
Place the fillets into the preheated air fryer, and put it on the fish setting, or air fry at 380°C for 10 minutes.
Serve with a side salad or some rice. Enjoy!
Notes
We used ghee, but you can sub to olive oil if you want to lighten it up.
We like to be generous with our topping.
