Summer is here and nothing says “Hello Sunshine!” like a frozen treat. Growing up we always loved any kind of frozen treat to cool off.  it was hot and we had very little patience.  A frozen treat took advantage of both.  We could eat it fast and be happy to run back outside after instant gratification.  I remember refusing to leave the store without the tri-coloured rocket Popsicle.  I loved that I got to try three different flavours all at the same time.  I was all for that.
